    Overall the house was in decent condition and was big enough to fit our family but I felt that it does need an updating and renovation. There was a lot of room to improve regarding how clean the house was. There was a lot of dust in many parts of the house like nothing was wiped down in a long time. Dead bugs around most of the windows. A lot of Spider webs all over. Pool was nice to have in the house as it was raining on two of the days we were there. It wasn’t heating properly when we arrived but Tom quickly came to fix it and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. Check was quick and easy. The lake and its amenities was always a plus to have. Overall the stay was fine.

    Very dissatisfied with our stay. There were dead bugs all over the ac units, bug guys smeared on the wall of the downstairs main bedroom and living room. There were little dead flies all over the bed sheets and pillow cases of the big bedroom on the 1st floor. We were unable to sleep in that room due to how gross the conditions were left. Cobwebs everywhere, a dirty mop bucket was left in the pool room still with liquids in it. The pool table has a chunk of fabric taken out of it. Only one pool stock is usable. The grass in the backyard is overgrown, clearly hasn’t been mowed in ages. I contacted the host/owner the morning after my first stay in hope maybe at least he’ll have someone quickly change the bed sheets with dead bugs on it, but the owner NEVER responded. He said to contact if needed but still have not a text or response back on the VRBO app. I spent $890 and then had to pay an additional $125 for a community fee.. this was money wasted
