Comfortable & Convenient
5/5 We booked for a mother/daughter Galentines weekend. The house was immaculate and furnished comfortably for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean and heated up when we arrived. Kitchen was clean and large enough for several to be in at once. Fireplace was so cozy. We took advantage of local shopping, casino and winter activities. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. Will definitely book again for a getaway. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
Moldy water, falling doors, dirty linens.
1/5 The hot tub had moldy water and floating hairballs. The dryer door fell off the track when I opened it and took a chunk out of the wall nearly missing my head. The linens upstairs had pee stains and the countertops and coffee pot were dirty. I went through hell trying to complain (which I usually don't!). I was passed from the rental company to the community management company to Vrbo to Evolve to the property owners. They took over a week to get back and did very little to rectify the situation. Terrible experience! I've washed my bathing suit 3 times and can't get the stench of mold out!! STAY AWAY!
