Excellent location
4/5 Stayed here with 6 adult family members and a baby over Labor Day weekend. Nice place, lots of room, and an excellent location. Restaurants, breweries, sights, a wedding at the Aviary, we walked pretty much everywhere! The area was quiet and the rooftop lovely. Garage was a definite plus, street parking was pretty easy too.
Just be aware that this is not someone’s home, it’s a company rental and is furnished as such, in my opinion. Inexpensive towels, pillows, and other linens. A bare minimum of glasses and dishes. We stayed in the garage level bedroom and it had … a bed. No nightstands, no drawers, no chair. Just a bed. The dining set when we stayed was not the one in the pictures, and the chairs were so rickety we were almost afraid to sit on them!
We were just expecting the place to be more luxuriously outfitted for what we paid on a holiday weekend, but would probably stay here again just for the location and size. The townhome itself was great and we enjoyed our stay for sure!

5/5 Everything was as described. We were very happy with our stay. Check in and out was very easy. Garage parking was a plus. We enjoyed setting on the roof top space in the evening. We would stay here again.
