This space is not great, but it’s adequate. If you are looking for a place to lay your head that has space, this is it. Parking is nice, it’s close enough to town, and overall it’s not awful.
BUT- there are some things that need attention, which I have mentioned to the management team and VRBO, and will share with you.
It wasn’t clean. My kids found underwear from the previous renters in their bedroom, there was laundry in the dryer, hair in the tub, crumbs in the kitchen, and still sidewalk salt in a bag on the steps, despite it being June. The cushions for the outside furniture were filthy, and clearly are left out all the time, making the moldy and stained.
It wasn’t fully safe. There was exposed and unfinished electrical work, overgrown thorny roses on the deck, and nightshade - a poisonous plant- maturing to berries in the plant boxes. A lightbulb had previously broken, and it was left without the bulb, but with exposed filament.
It wasn’t fully honest. The security camera watching the “side yard” looks out at the hot tub, something not disclosed in the rental information. The grill that was there was not functional, and the management company “could not get in touch with maintenance” to resolve the issue, despite saying someone would be available 24/7 to solve any problem we would have.
If you are coming for a game and need a place to crash, this is fine. But I will not bring my family here again.

Bathroom floor and shower were not clean, kitchen floor was also dirty! Master bedroom had dirty sheets and cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. Outside front landscape is overgrown and along with a car parked right in front of the driveway, made it difficult to park 4 vehicles in it. Patio furniture seat cushions are dirty and should be replaced and kept in some sort of storage space to keep clean. Security cameras are good, but shouldn't be facing the hot tub! Shouldn't be advertised as 1 1/2 baths. It's a toilet in the utility room with the washer and dryer. Previous renters broke the coffee pot and we weren't notified about it until we contacted the owner with a different question when we were almost to Pittsburgh. When we tried to contact them again they wouldn't respond back. We purchased a new coffee maker and left it there for the next renters! Definitely not worth the price, if we could request a partial refund we would.
Needs some maintenance and dusting! Lots of insects patio furniture is molded. Torch cans have holes in them! No coffee pot but the inside is gorgeous just needs dusting!

We loved this VRBO! It was a great place for our two families. The beds were unexpectedly so comfy! I’ve stayed in many guest homes through Vrbo - these were the best beds!! The kids loved the hot tub and we would absolutely stay again!! Thank you to the hosts for an easy change in moving the reservation to another member of our family after we were going to be held up getting in. Great experience!
