Comfortable and Convenient
4/5 Overall we had a good stay. Location is convenient and parking wasn't too challenging. It was a clean quiet unit, comfortable mattress, good value. Cons: the communication of the access code was not good. Property is managed by Evolve but the property owner lives on site and is the one who actually grants access and only sends code when you actually check-in. He texted the codes to the wrong phone # so we were stuck on the sidewalk waiting. Not a huge deal but didn't need to happen. The orientation of the bed and TV don't make sense. TV should be mounted on articulating arm or move the bed. Lights on the headboard are a hazard and aren't even plugged in. I would remove. There was no top sheet on the bed. Bathroom is small but it works. Luggage racks would be a nice addition.
