• Great place to stay

  I stayed for a work trip.Positives: Communication with owner was great.The inside of the property was very clean.Allows pets.Temperature in the unit was perfect. Neighbors above were extremely friendly and welcoming.The bed/pillows were very comfortable.I did not cook while there but the kitchen is well equipped .Negatives: Across the street from a fire department.Located on a very busy street, loud vehicle noises.Adjacent 2nd floor neighbors (both sides) were loud throughout the night (every night).Parking was just okNo place for pets to relieve themselves.The exterior grounds were littered with trash (not the owners fault).TV channel selection was poor (unless you used your own pay channel accounts).There should be a TV in the bedroom.It was a little priceyI would stay again if I was travelling without my pups. I would not recommend for people who are light sleepers or have large dogs.Overall, it was a good experience!

• Great location near family and restaurants

  Great place with everything we needed and even a toddler bed. Beds were super comfy as were couches. Great host and closeby to highway and all philly has to offer. Very clean!

• Subpar Cleanliness

  I showed up and walked through the unit. Inspected the bed sheets as I always do when I’m not staying in my own home. There was body hair from another individual, what appeared to be mouse droppings in the dresser drawer and unclean bathroom walls. I decided to leave and not stay. I didn’t take pictures so I could not be refunded.

• Clean, easy access to downtown

  This place worked out great for us as we have family in NE Philly. But it is also convenient to center city as I-95 exit is right down the street. Street parking was available so you don’t have to pay for that (overnight parking in downtown Philly is outrageous). The Trenton NJ train station is 20 minutes away so you could even go up to NYC for the day, which our daughter did! The place was very clean when we arrived and suited our purposes perfectly. It’s a clean comfortable place to stay with all new furniture and furnishings. No negative issues for us. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Philly.
