Great location and value
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is very cute and clean, and the neighborhood is nice. We loved that we could walk along the river. Having an attached garage was such a bonus.
We did have an issue with the stove while we were there, but the management responded very quickly and resolved the problem the next day.
This is a new community and there is still a lot of construction going on. There were just a couple of times that it was noisy but it was really not a problem.

Great Time
5/5 Everything was great parking was not good our friend truck got towed beware of that .I feel if it’s your residence you should have a designated parking spot.It didn’t get us down the place was clean just like the photos.$226 for the the tow and $25 for the parking ticket

Townhouse with Plenty of Space
4/5 The location is great for exploring the city and the décor looks nice. There are a lot of rooms to choose to stay in as well. Property is nice, but has minor inconveniences: scuffs on walls, some windows don't close/stay closed, kitchen sink handle kept falling off, lots of construction in the surrounding area. It seems fair for the price.

Needs Fans
4/5 The place was nice. Did have some fruit flies in kitchen and was reported. The top master needs a fan because the room is hot.
I would suggest fans in all of the rooms.
