  This proptery looks very nice in the photos but isn very basic in accomidations. THe proptery is in the process of being rehabed. This unit would not be good for an extended stay. The neighborhood is so--so. You are a good 30 minutes by car to downtown or any other attraction you might want to visit.

  A nice location and very nice place to stay. Enjoyed having a home base close to attractions like zoo, and art museum. Host was kind and responsive.

  We knew very little about Philly when we booked the reservation, so we had no idea what the neighborhood near the zoo was like. When we arrived in the evening, the neighborhood looked pretty run-down. However, we did not encounter any issues during our stay.With that out of the way, I would say that we enjoyed staying at the property. This was clearly a remodeled old house, so there are some quirks associated with such an old house:- stairs to the 2nd floor was steep and narrow- bathrooms were only on the 2nd floor; none on the ground floorTo our surprise, the floor was heated, which made our winter stay really pleasant. However, the installation of the floor heating created a space between the floor and the underlying surface, causing the floor to be uneven. It was no problem for us during our short stay, but something we wished to note.Overall the house was well appointed. We had the chance to use the kitchen and it was great.

  I rented this for Christmas for my kids and I…It looks just like the pictures we had an amazing stay and was super comfy…and omg the heated floors are everything the house is very spacious and feels like home the property manager was very welcoming and responsive definitely would book them again
