Good location, nice place
3/5 We wanted a location close to downtown and this place was perfect.
Pros:
Decent size rooms
Clean
Easy check in
Easy to find parking
Lots of restaurants nearby
Cons:
Shower temp was hard to control, either too hot or too cold
It’s on a busy street so very loud
Dishwasher didn’t work and cleaned dishes was a checkout requirement
I wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling with small kids.

-The shower has a thermostat located in the unit that can help adjust the temperature more easily. The homeowner would have been happy to assist if contacted during your stay.
-We wish you had let us know about the dishwasher issue – we could have sent a repair technician right away and arranged for staff to handle the dishes.
-The property is equipped with double-insulated windows to help minimize street noise, but being in a busy downtown area can sometimes bring unavoidable outside sounds.

5/5 Great location to get around town. Very close to restaurants one street south. Walking distance from the train station and a couple of museums. Trader Joe’s is one block north to grab a few things. The owner was communicate and responded quickly when we had an issue.

Overall a Great Place to Stay
4/5 Overall a great place to stay and far superior to Hotels. Very good location. Nearby parking lot on the same side of Market St. that was across the street on the corner was a great place to park as long as it was not full ($35/day). Apartment was generally nice and relatively quiet and private. Downsides were that the dishwasher was broken and there was no ice maker nor ice trays. Also, there was no remote for the TV but we had a workaround for this. Also wish there was some way to shade the skylight in the spare bedroom.

2/5 Wi-Fi not working for 2 days out of a 5 day stay, crib that came with the place was broken, etc.

Hi Shady, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- The internet was down due to a Verizon issue. Once notified, we contacted Verizon immediately. Despite our best efforts, it took 2 days for Verizon to replace a necessary part, as same-day service was not available
- Regarding the crib, a part was missing due to a previous guest's actions, which was unfortunately not noticed by our cleaning staff. When informed, we promptly delivered a new cushion
