Really Bad Smell Upon Arrival
3/5 The 1st night was awful with the smell... just really musty and gross. We opened all the windows for an entire day and washed our sheets at my MILs house and tried to air out the comforters. It got rid of 70% of the smell. Also, there were no teaspoons [only 4 tablespoons] to eat our oatmeal. It wasn't secure at all, anyone could walk in at any hour of the day or night. And, not sure if the cafeteria could be used, we only discovered it by walking around.

-The property is staffed 24/7, and there are team members available to assist if any issues arise during your stay. The doors are kept unlocked to allow easy access for guests and staff.
-We haven’t received feedback about odor concerns before, as the room is rented frequently, but we’ll look into this to ensure a fresh experience for all guests.
-All linens, including sheets and comforters, are professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival.

Fantasic stay
5/5 The apartment was clean and smelled nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Having an elevator was an added bonus. The sitting area outside was beautiful, so many awesome things to see. I would stay here again.
