House with mice
1/5 my impressions are extremely negative! The house is dirty, there are mice in the house, the water barely flows. One result is a ruined vacation. The owner does not want to solve the problems. The site support takes weeks to respond. We are still waiting for an answer
Not as advertised
2/5 Listing Heading - Pet Friendly - and Pet Friendly stated throughout listing but when I got final confirmation it said NO Pets
Sleeps 8 - towels not available for 8
Kitchen - no towels to dry dishes, not plug for sink, not enough pots/pans to cook to feed 8
Unable to locate washer/dryer, only 1/2 roll paper towels, no extra trash bag,
TVs in bedrooms - no remotes
Parking - since top of driveway was gated off, no garage access and only parking for 2 cars

Hi there, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to respond:
- We're sorry for the confusion with the pet policy and have updated the listing to reflect the change.
- Extra towels were in the downstairs bathroom, and there are always 2-3 extra rolls of toilet paper in the cabinet. We’ll ensure these items are easier to locate.
- The washer and dryer are in the lower-level laundry room, and we’ll provide clearer instructions for locating them.
- We’ll ensure all TVs have remotes and provide more paper towels and trash bags in the future.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.
