    Foumd a few things day of move in. Made contact lady aware at approx. 845 on 10/11/24. She was rude and accusatory. Was weeks before also. Everything was threatening about fimes in texts.

    We got moved in and found a few things at the house as we got settled in for the stay. One of the pillows on the couch had a rip on the seam, where the tag would go. There was a dirt spot on the ceiling in the room my mother stayed in. The upstairs bathroom had no heat and the sink by the wall didn't work. I tried to take a tub bath and the stopper to keep the water in the tub wouldn't seal. I held it down with my foot. When the water was high enough I turned on the jets. This created a foam with a rust colored film. I didn't call the contact person with these things til morning as it was late. I ate breakfast the next morning and found the dishwasher full of dishes. I called the contact lady around 845 a.m. I made her aware of these things so we were not accused of misuse during the stay. She was immediately defensive and asked how could this be that they had just done a walk through. She was very rude and used an ignorant tone. Making me feel like the pillow was us and that the heat worked went they left and that the last couple that stayed there a last weekend didn't have any issues. She, with a rude tone asked why I didn't send pictures and contact her sooner. I told her I would do so. I took time and went through taking and sending pictures to her. I did explain that none of these things would sorely impact my stay and that I just wanted her to be aware that this is how I found things so she could get things fixed for the next group and again we wouldn't be accused. Many of the things she sent for rules talked about being fined and she reiterated that many times with speaking or through texts. I would want to know as a home owner or company about things. Again, my intent was to protect us from fines and to just make you aware. I don't know if this is the norm but we felt like things were our fault in some cases. I work in Healthcare field and am a Healthcare professional. We cannot speak to people that way or make them feel that way. Everything else was ok but our interactions with her from the start weeks ago made us feel comfortable. I am keeping all my texts and pictures with time stamps. I doubt we will come back with this organization. If we come back to the Poconos we will find another way to stay. Again, the house was nice but we felt we had to be defensive the whole time we were at the house and were afraid to use anything or touch anything because of our interactions with her accusatory rude interactions. I hope that this helps for future

    The house was great, very clean. My only complaint is that i wish the hot tub was working when we arrived. It had accidentally drained because the plug was not tight. We contacted the property manager and were eventually able to use it the last night of our stay.
