  Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Vinnie was communicative and helpful throughout the experience. The place is beautifully made and decorated. Highly recommend the stay. Will visit again in the future!

• Great Log Home

  MY family and I have stayed at so many airbnbs, so many A frames, log cabins etc but this one 100% is the BEST ONE yet. The hospitality was off the charts. Vinnie had a welcome box for us upon arrival full of goodies and snacks for the kids. The hot tub was clean and warm and ready. The driveway was plowed and salted. The home was warm, cozy, inviting and honestly second to none. My only complaint is that I didnt book this for another night. Vinnie does a really great job with Emerald Cabin and you can tell that his staff pays close attention to detail. If you are looking to escape the grind and get away then Book Emerald Cabin NOW! its a true log cabin IN the woods ON a mountain and the surrounding lakes and serene setting are just spectacular.

  I am a professional poet so I figured I would write a poem as my review. Why not?

  Emerald Cabin is one of a kind.

  Emerald Cabin will not leave my mind.

  The smell of the logs and toasty fire,

  burning while all wear rustic attire.

  The silence is loud and the setting is dreamy.

  The hot tub was cool yet the water was steamy.

  The kids cannot wait to come back again

  All they keep asking is "when"?

  Thank you for a memorable weekend at the most nifty, cozy and family friendly log house I have ever had the great fortune of calling home (if even for a short time).

• Perfect Escape!

  We absolutely love this place! So cute and the brand new hot tub was perfect! Communication is fantastic and there are instructions for everything. I definitely look forward to returning with other members of our family and experiencing this lovely cabin during the ski season and/or summer. We definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer!
