CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Prior to your stay, you will receive a text message to the phone number used to create the booking. When you arrive at the community, you will need to scan a QR code at the gate. This will launch a Virtual Keypad on your phone and you can enter the code you received via text and the gate will open
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Please remove sheets from beds and place them, along with the towels, in a pile in each bedroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
