  The place is as described. I didn’t give 5 stars because there was a book of rules that I wasn’t made aware of till two weeks before we were staying there. I honestly would have looked for a different place to rent if I knew these rules upon booking. I was on a multi family vacation where families wanted to be able to hang out together and this was not possible at this house. The owner also came during our stay to drop off ‘supplies’ (more dish soap that we did not need) and walked around the house for about 20 minutes. It was honestly a little weird and felt like he was checking up on us. (We were a family of 7 adults above the age of 30 2 small children) it would have been more appropriate for him to come before we checked in.

  - A brief stop was made during this stay to restock essential supplies for future guests, and this was communicated openly upon arrival.
  - The home is carefully maintained to ensure comfort, with transparent communication before and during each stay.

  The Horan’s were amazing hosts! They were very quick to respond to any question I had before and during our stay. The house was clean and beautiful and perfect for my family vacation. The community is beautiful, quiet and very well kept. I can’t recommend this property and hosts enough for your next vacation or weekend get away!

  Beach and pool very close to cabin. We loved walking and enjoying the wild life. Great time.

• Great Place and Location

  The seven of us had a great weekend stay here; the place was perfect for the group! It's a nice location (both for 'getting there' and just taking a walk around), and the building/amenities were very nice. Definitely a place we'll look into in the future!
