  Rented this place for a weekend getaway with longtime friends. Accommodations were very clean and the owner was very cooperative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

• Great Stay Close to the Beach

  Our family enjoyed the clean, comfortable space. We really appreciate the proximity to all the activities we enjoy most when we come to Erie. There were no issues during my stay so I did not have to communicate with the host but they reached out immediately upon check in to make themselves available if needed.

• Beach escape

  The house was very comfortable, cozy and inviting. The neighborhood safe and quiet. The pictures were accurate and described it perfectly. Check in and check out were a breeze and Shanna was a lovely host who contacted me at the beginning and end of our trip. The house was close to Waldemeer as well as Presque Isle. We had 3 kids under 12 with us and they had a blast at both locations.

  Couldn’t have picked a better location for Waldemeer and Presque Isle. Very quiet and nice spot.

  The location of this property was very convenient to Presque Isle and other Erie attractions. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen was very nice and updated. The neighbor in the apartment above the garage was very friendly. On the downside, there is only one thermostat in the house downstairs. I wish this property would have had a separate AC unit and thermostat for the second floor, like other rental properties where I have stayed. The second floor, where all bedrooms are located, was uncomfortably warm during our stay. There are ceiling fans above the beds, but I had trouble sleeping because it was too warm. We tried opening some of the windows, but they are old and some were problematic.
