Cancels at last minute and lies to customers
1/5 The management company and property host canceled our stay at 9:00 pm the night before and didn’t even help us find a comparable property and left us to fend for ourselves. On top of that, the excuse was there was no power at the house. However, our new property we booked on our own was right around the corner and all the lights were on and there were at least 4-5 cars in the driveway during our stay. I would not recommend dealing with these people. They are extremely untrustworthy.
