• Beautiful home lacking

  Loved our stay with family, but was disappointed that the kitchen stove knobs were broken. A couple of burners did not work properly. We had no dish clothes, which I did get from the house cleaning lady who was very kind. There were no extra paper towels around and one very cheap kitchen sponge. I went to the store to buy regular scrub sponges , zip lock bags and paper towels. The “resort” was not what I expected, we’ve rented other homes part of a “real resort “, which offered an actual resort feel, indoor/outdoor pools, golf, mini golf, lake and beach all in one area. A restaurant and gift shop.

  All this being said this was not close to be considered a “resort “ .

  The home itself was beautiful, offering a hot tub and recreation room. Outside patios were comfortable. Bed mattresses to hard for our comfort.

  -We provide starter essentials for the home, including trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. However, guests may need to purchase additional supplies for extended stays. We have updated our listing to ensure full transparency regarding this.
  -Our listing clearly outlines the amenities available both in the house and within the community. We do not advertise the presence of an indoor pool, mini golf, restaurant, or gift shop. We strive for transparency and encourage guests to review all listing details thoroughly to align expectations with what is provided.
  -Additionally, we have addressed the issue with the stove knobs as a priority. We are committed to ensuring that all aspects of the property are in excellent condition for our guests, and we will arrange for the necessary repairs to be completed as soon as possible.

  We spent a week there and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Pools were great, and the bingo night is LEGIT!

  Our stay was beautiful the house was everything we thought it would be. The landlord was very nice we would do it again
