Cancelled last minute
1/5 With no notice or explanation beyond, “the well ran dry” our vacation (booked a year in advance) was refunded and cancelled- 12 hours before the 15 members of our party were due to leave. It was a really terrible experience and although Evolve was great on the phone, there was no booking we could find to match our original listing given the little amount of time we had to do it.

Disappointed
3/5 We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the huse was very spacious but we were disappointed with the care of the house (mirrors were broken, icemaker didn't work) and the furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. Another disappointment was the kitchen was poorly equiped--all the skillets burned everything and we had to go out and buy foil pans to make things in the oven. For the cost of this house we were expecting something better equipped and in better condition.

Ideal Setting for Reconnecting with Distance Family
5/5 Great for doing activities as a full group and space for smaller conversations- two living rooms with comfortable seating, huge game room with couches, and large patio by pool. The long dining room table holds the buffet food. We had a wonderful time together in a delightful setting - great parking too. Hosts were quick to respond to questions.
