Room for improvement
3/5 There were some issues that needed to be reported to the owner -- sink that didn't work, water feed to the fridge/freezer (they did leave bottled water), issues with the upstairs tub. Biggest issue was lack of closet/dresser/cabinet space to put our clothes or groceries but I trust that the owner will improve this going forward.

Sheila, we hope you enjoyed your stay overall! The homeowners specifically provide the spring water because the fridge water feed is turned off. They have looked into the issue with the tub, but can't seem to find any problem as it is functioning properly. They appreciate your feedback regarding space in closets and cabinets. It's a nice and clean house located in a quiet part of saw mill estates.
5/5 House was well stocked with all the items one would need. Owner was welcoming and helpful. Location is close to all popular attractions in the Poconos (Tannersville is about 40 mins drive). Overall, a great place for a quiet and relaxing time.
