February trip, upon arrival driveway was a sheet of ice, ( no rock salt to be found) could not get cable to work, living room fire place did not work, few table chairs very wobbly( did not sit on them) table chair cushions many had stains on them. There was clothing on outside bench near hot tub frozen ( from previous renters) notified the contact person and talked with the owners said would send someone out that Saturday no one came. The biggest issue was that the property manager or owners control the heat( temperature of the house)Which should be in the renter information. Other then that nice house

- We’re sorry to hear that you encountered icy conditions upon arrival. While we do our best to prepare for winter weather, we’ll make sure salt availability is checked more frequently.
- The fireplace and thermostat are designed to be guest-friendly, but we understand that unfamiliar technology can sometimes be tricky. We’ll look into ways to provide clearer instructions for future stays.
- We appreciate you bringing the chair condition to our attention and will ensure they are inspected.
- As for the outdoor clothing, this was not reported to us at the time, but we will follow up with our cleaning team to prevent any future oversights.

The unit is not up to the state code . We had two ppl sustain injuries in our party by falling down /threw the broken stairwell. We was told by our guest contact no one frequent the property so they wasn’t aware as well as they wasn’t aware it had not been clean properly . There was dead flies everywhere. Not in small amount excessive amount we had to swept them in piles . They was in the freezer, they filled up the tub and insured the toilet and covering the dinning room area. I ask did the unit get an extermination before our arrival. If so they should have clean the unit afterwards. 2 bedrooms in the unit were completely covered in animal hair or some type of hair with dirt and lint . The lamps were have broken and there was limited lighting through out the sickest were harazard as 80 percent was mostly cracked. The stove was unclean. We had to do a lot of cleaning. Picture and video upon arrival was taken in real time. We had 2 party members that had to go to the ER due to being injury at the property . Evolve rental will be held liabale . As the failed to secure and check the unit for safety. No one reach back out. There are revising of both falls as the camera for the property is right above the stairs. I have so much documentation on this unit and how it was rented and all the city code violations with the sockets broken etc and unit still rented out after I reported the stair case and that someone should repair it before rented again. I truly see a class lawsuit . After seeing the lack of response giving to the incident that occur during my stay and the issues we faced I became aware that others have experience similar . The attorney general really needs to look into how these properties are being rented out . This is truly dangerous if no one goes to the properties to check behind cleaning personal , to check to make sure the unit is up to code . This was reported by guest check in that they having been out to the unit in a while just cleaners . Not cool the home owner never reached back out to us after I spoke to guest contact about the major incident with the falls from broken stairs case .

- The property is inspected regularly and has passed the necessary township code enforcement checks to ensure it is up to state code.
- We reviewed your concerns about the staircase and confirmed that there was no prior indication of damage before your stay. Additionally, the property has two sets of stairs to access it, and we’re unclear why the alternate stairs were not used if the others were non-functional. We were not informed of this issue until the end of your visit, which limited our ability to address it sooner.
- There was snowfall during your stay, and salt was available at the property to help address icy conditions.
- We acknowledge your concerns about flies and other cleanliness issues. While we offered to send someone to address the flies, we understand that you declined. Your additional comments about cleanliness will be reviewed to ensure future guests do not experience similar issues.
