Cozy Pocono Cabin
5/5 Enjoyed watching movies! Took golf cart over to the Lake. Very comfortable beds. Would come again!

Perfectly Acceptable
4/5 The property was fine. Primary bath a little small, leftover food in cupboards and fridge, which reduces eating from five to four.

Outdoor fires are prohibited to short term renters.
3/5 The house and property were very nice. The owner communicated well I thought. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to use the outdoor fire pit, which was the main reason that I rented the property. The owner told me that I could use the propane fire on the deck. Later that evening, a very confrontational police/security individual demanded that I immediately turn off the propane fire, which I did. By the police/security individuals own admission, this community discriminates against short term renters.

- We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the community security team—we understand how frustrating that must have been.
- Unfortunately, the HOA has recently restricted outdoor fires for short-term renters, which includes propane fire pits. We know that may not be clear at first and are working to ensure guests are informed ahead of time.
- Many homeowners in the area are actively working to encourage more guest-friendly policies, and your feedback helps highlight where those changes are needed.

4/5 We had a wonderful stay with great friends! Fun weekend .
Comfortable couch, beds, pillows.
Ryan did allow early check-in and late check-out which was very kind.
We enjoyed seeing the deer in the neighborhood!
