3/5 Overall a nice house in the mountains. Ample room in the home for 9-12 guests. Our stay was very short; Friday night and left 10am Sunday. Check-in was easy but the HOA fee was difficult. I tried to email/call several times about the fees. There was no information about the wrist bands and car tags. Found out the last day we needed a yellow car tag for taking out trash. Home was decently clean but don't walk around the home in white socks. There are also very large ants (maybe carpenter) in the kitchen so be sure the seal any food on the counters.
