• Comfortable, clean and cute plus great views!

  This home has everything to make your stay perfect from towels for the hot tub to extra toiletries and then some. We immediately felt at home. Loved the outdoor fireplace. Kitchen was exextremely well stocked. Parking was difficult for us as we were pulling a boat. But we loved it.

• Family Get-Away on the Coast

  We had a great time during our stay. The views from the deck and hot tub really make the whole experience and are hard to beat! Arriving to fresh baked bread and local eggs was a nice welcoming touch as well. We were traveling with my family from out of state, including my brother, who is in a wheelchair and while, like most rental homes, the home is not 100% percent accessible, Lorina was very transparent and communicative about what challenges we'd be up against. Which really helped us to properly prepare for our stay. Worth noting is that all 3 bedrooms are on the lower level reachable only by a spiral stair. Knowing this ahead of our trip allowed us to plan accordingly and bring an air mattress for the main floor which made the stay much easier from an accessibility/mobility standpoint. Lorina was extremely accommodating, and knowing that our plan was to bring a mattress for my brother, provided us with extra sheets and pillows for that bed. All in all, we had a great time and Lorina's communication and accommodations helped tremendously. As for the location, being less than 20min from Yachats and Newport with amazing views is hard to beat in my opinion. Great stay for us!

  Lovely property with great amenities - but our only concern was that 2 of party had mobility issues and navigating the narrow steep spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms and bathroom was very difficult. The listing stated that it was good for seniors - but with all the bedrooms and main bath downstairs the staircase should have been NOTED on the listing!

Evolve and I are working on a better picture of the stairs on sight. I did see it stated the house was safe for seniors on Airbnb last night but now we can't find it on any site. • Wonderful stay!

  This house was such a well-equipped, comfortable spot for our multi-generational gathering. I stayed with my kids and mother-in-law and the house worked wonderfully for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, the rooms were great for kids and grownups, and the deck and view are amazing. It's close to the beach and close to town, not to mention many great spots on the central coast. The personal touches made it extra special, such as the freshly baked bread that greeted us, the coffee and fresh eggs provided, and great communication from the host. There were books, toys, games, beach towels and other things that made our stay extra comfortable. I would definitely return this home again!

• Beautiful, Beach-Themed, Bay View Rental

  Perfect stay...started with smell of fresh baked bread as you walked into the beautiful beach-themed home. Farm Fresh eggs in the frig. Fantastic view of the Alsea Bay. Clear instructions on use of hot tub. Children's ocean-themed reading nook was a big hit with the children. Nice, quiet neighborhood

  ..would rent again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the owner's! Such a nice job of creating the perfect beach getaway. Spiral staircase was exciting for the children...but it could present problems for someone with accessability issues.
