Wonderful location, great house
5/5 This was a great stay in a clean house with a one-of-a-kind view and location right on the mouth of the Necanicum River. Bright and airy with great lounging space and room for our 3 year old to play and run around. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family Beach Vacay!
4/5 We loved our stay and the house was close to perfect! The only issue was the futon / foldout beds in the upstairs side room was very uncomfortable. A real bed would make the house a 5* and would ensure a return trip for us! The home was charming and the beautiful estuary setting was awesome.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I can see how adults would find the futon less comfortable, particularly when compared to the rest of the beds in the house. We have them largely for the benefit of our guests with younger kids who love being back in their own secret room and it gives some flexibility for a quick conversion to play room.
