Spring break at the coast
5/5 The house is located perfectly in a quiet part of rockaway with stunning views. Having been recently remodeled, it was very clean and fresh. The bathrooms especially stood out for the tile work, it makes a huge difference. The real start of the show is the view, absolutely stunning. As we were there in March the weather was pretty terrible for outside activities. Having an ocean view of that caliber, where you can hear the surf makes the coast enjoyable every minute of you stay despite the weather.

4/5 This home has gorgeous ocean views. You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze when you open the sliding glass doors. It's a beautiful home, but the decor and furnishings need some improvement. The bar stools are very uncomfortable, as are the patio chairs. The couch has some stains and is not super comfortable, and the furnishings seem to be cheap and lower quality. The home and the walls are fairly bare, and it doesn't feel warm and welcoming. The downstairs twin bed is too firm, and we would have preferred a larger bed in that room. But the view can't be beat.
