Rockaway Stay
5/5 We LOVE this house this is our second time staying here. It is very spacious and a quick walk to anything you may want/need. Very clean. My only ask would be to have the deck cleaned and or vacuumed to get rid of the cob webs/spiders. Other than that it is perfect!

Sleeps 10, but some of the beds are for kids
5/5 We (a group of 8 adults) loved the house and the location. It had a lot of unexpected amenities (firewood, musical instruments, lots of blankets). I don't know if I misread the description, but I know it said the house sleeps 10. When I read the check-in book, it indicated that it comfortably sleeps 6 adults, maximum 8, and the rest of the beds are for kids. Just be aware that the bedroom in the basement sleeps up to 4, but it's kind of a triple bunk bed situation with one larger mattress. The one recommendation I would make to the host is to switch to a mesh WiFi router. The signal was pretty spotty in the basement.

4/5 The house was beautiful! Lots of room for all of us and the downstairs family/kids room was perfect for the little ones in our group. Very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay!
