Not bad, not great
3/5 Cute home in a nice, quiet part of Rockaway with a large, quiet beach within a 10 minute walk. The home is well stocked but could use some updating all around as it feels worn.

5/5 This house was great! The walk to the beach was doable with kids. The hot tub was great! We really enjoyed our stay here!

5/5 My daughter's and I truly enjoyed the stay it was very spacious and homey...we enjoyed the hot tub and being close to the beach. Gave me a chance to unwind walking to beach which was very nice. The house is still placed within a very short drive to small shops if needed.
