4/5 Super close to the Max and I walked pretty much everywhere. The studio is cozy with everything you need and some thoughtful touches. Communication with the property manager was good - very responsive. I took a star off because while it's clear they have a cleaner, it was also clear there was some corners cut. I found multiple strands of hair in bed, crumbs on the floor, hair and crumbs in fridge, crumbs in drawer. The property manager offered to send the cleaning team out the next day but I ended up cleaning so I could feel comfortable staying that first night.

4/5 This property was clean and the perfect size. It was a bit cold when we first arrived and took some time to warm up. The whole property was really amazing.

5/5 The space is exactly as advertised, clean, cute and has everything 1 needs. The location was perfect for my work, making the commute easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home base for walking around Portland
5/5 The unit is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a visit to Portland. All the comforts of home, we were particularly pleased with the very comfortable bed and washer and dryer. But the best thing about this place is its location! 15 minute walk to Washington park, 3 minute walk to the Max station, and only 10 minutes from the grocery store. You can get anywhere in Portland from this apartment! Skip the rideshare from the airport and take the Max line out to Goose Hollow/SW Jefferson. About a 50 minute ride, but a fraction the cost and the station is truly only 3 minutes from this unit. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location
5/5 Perfect location in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to grocery stores and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.
