- House has a lockbox located across from the front door on the pillar. The code is 1970 for the lockbox.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Please keep the recycling separate from the trash by using the designated bins. Additional fines will be charged if the recycling is not separated from the garbage
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Upon departure set the thermostat to 60° if in heating mode and 75° if in cooling mode
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
