Good location, needs some serious updating!
3/5 While this home is plenty roomy for a family or more than one couple, the home is very tired and dated. The yard was a mess with weeds and debris. We could see why it was dog friendly, but our dogs were pulling gross junk out of the weedy lawn. The bathrooms also were exuding a very strange smell the whole stay. The power went out in the master bedroom and bathroom. The landlord did come and switch the breaker, but we had to wait over an hour showered in the dark! In the plus, nice quiet neighborhood. This was the first VRBO we have truly felt was oversold and should definitely have some new furniture and maintenance if planning to stay as advertised.

-The furniture in the house is relatively new, having been updated last year.
-The yard is maintained weekly, and it was scheduled to be taken care of the day you checked out.
-We apologize for the power outage in the master bedroom and bathroom. The breaker was reset as quickly as possible.
-The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and we’re sorry to hear about any unusual smells you experienced. We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers.
