  Was just as the pictures showed. Spacious, clean, had some toys and high chair that were great for our littles. So many deer came on property, very cool.

  Running Y and the home itself are gorgeous. For the nightly price and the fact that it is a luxury home it certainly misses the mark.

  Cobweb’s on most things, hair in the shower, shower soap dispenser empty, dusty, extremely overgrown weeds and yard outback. Multiple lightbulbs out, coffee pot was moldy, no filters for the coffee. Found clothing in one of the beds (man’s T shirt). They changed the code one day into our stay with no reason or warning. Locked out in 100 degree weather until we could reach them. The stairs would be a doozy for anyone with physical ailments or younger children but weren’t an issue for our crew. A deep clean, restock and reorganize would make this an A plus review, or down grade pricing to an average cared for home so expectations are aligned.

  The good things, it’s spacious, parking and access was easy. The finishes in the home are beautiful, the refrigerator has water and ice that work (many properties don’t). They leave snacks on the counter with the property binder and details. Running Y is beautiful for walks and amenities. There aren’t a ton of large homes directly in Klamath Falls so the 4+ bedrooms and multiple living areas with a large deck are a win.

  I don’t ever leave reviews, on this one I had to. We own two vacation rentals and would want to know as a host how my homes were being presented to the tenants. Hopefully future tenants see the needed changes!

  Hi Robyn, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
  - The housekeeping team takes pictures after each cleaning to ensure the property is ready for guests, and none of the following issues were found: cobwebs, hair in the shower, dust, moldy coffee pot, or clothing left in the beds.
  - A landscaper addressed the yard about 10 days before your stay, so the weeds would have been taken care of.
  - A large bag of coffee filters is stored in the cabinet above the coffee maker for guests' convenience.
  - All of the bedding is stripped and taken off-site for cleaning after each guest.
  - The shower soap dispenser was empty because we replaced it with brand-new bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the shelf in each shower.
  - The lightbulbs that were out were for a decorative chandelier which didn't provide ample light. The can lighting provides bright and more functional lighting. All of those bulbs were checked before and after your stay and were in working order.
  - The code change issue you mentioned was due to not following the instructions posted about the lock and pushing the wrong button, which caused the lockout situation.
  We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. This is the first we are hearing of any of these issues and could have resolved them during your stay if they
  were in fact true. However, we must address the statements in your review for the benefit of future guests.
