  The place was not the place we saw on websit but even so, we were having a good time. Then everyone wanted to go to hot tub one night before they closed the pool and hot tub down for the night. What s bummer. The jet would not come on and the pool was warmer than the hot. I had invited 4 guests to stay with me at this place. Hosts pictures show a full bar at the pool with with batlrender. Well there was only an ice chest with nothing in it and the bar was being used as storage. Well, I rented a limo and we went to Eugene for a fun concert. We got back at 4am and the following day was check-out. I had to run to the bank and when I got back, the housekeeper had arrived so I quickly grabbed my stuff from the room and met my friends there and they were telling me we all just needed to get the heck out if there. When I saw the housekeeper, she was on the phone. Well, I was mortified at how my guests were treated. I had given them all these big plastic storage bins to make it easy to haul all our souvenirs and some things I had given them. We'll, this CRAZY housekeeper had called her boss to tell him it looked like we were stealing stuff from the house. Also in my haste to get out so as not to keep the housekeeper waiting, I accidently kicked the cats waterbowl over. It was about a cup of water which spilled on the small throw rug. Well, she said that she knew the smell of cat piss. That CRAZY housekeeper doesn't know anything. I have had that cat 18 yrs and he has never made a mistake. NOT EVER! That was water. One of my guests was hit in the head with loose boards from the beds headboard. As she started to tell her this, the woman interrupted and told her it was not that way when she made the room up. But the worst of all... My dear friend was in her room when the housekeeper

  came into the room she asked her if she had peed the bed. My friend had started to fall asleep and spilled soda pop on bedspread. It was not stained, it just needed to be washed. If I had been there when this person had disrespected my friends, I certainly would not have held back as they had. So, are you following me. She has accused us of stealing, accused us of breaking a bed, accused me(but not to my face) of letting my cat pee on their rug, and asked my friend if she had peed the bed. Who does this crazy lady think she is! I spent a total of $7000 on this special trip for my friends. We were hardly there as the limo trip was 15hrs. We did not pee on, break or steal】!

  When we booked this VRBO, there were pictures of a lovely looking kitchen and living room, as well as a second kitchen and smaller living room. We mistakenly assumed we would have the larger kitchen and larger living space since this VRBO sleeps 10. When we checked in, we felt catfished. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, but the rest of the space was way too small for our group of 8 and dirty. Before we could make dinner, we had to wash every dish and there was old food caked to the counter. We didn’t think to take any photos because we had just driven 7 hours and we’re starving. We also found several spider webs and 2 live spiders in the living area, as well as sand/gravel in one of our beds. When I reached out to VRBO the next day, I was instructed to reach out to the “local contact.” I have never used VRBO before, only Airbnb, and have never had to complain. The local contact and I got in touch and all of my concerns were essentially dismissed. I didn’t have time to call them as asked because I was trying to enjoy my vacation. Instead I was sent a long text that stated there were two cleaners sent in prior to our stay, why didn’t I take pictures, why didn’t I contact them first, and the sand/gravel in the bed made no sense. Instead of addressing my concerns or apologizing for the state of the space, the only apology I received was “I apologize if they overlooked a spiderweb.” At this point, I knew calling the local contact would make no difference and my time was better spent trying to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Know that the tiki bar area in the pictures is unavailable and the pool is only available for use during certain hours. Also, you can hear every move the upstairs tenant makes.
