Dog Friendly and Private
3/5 The house is located at the end of a very private drive and had the perfect, dog friendly, yard. Very nice spot with sounds and partial view of the ocean. We did experience a few hiccups that could easily be fixed for future guests - the instructions to get into the house weren't clear but the property manager answered the call immediately to help us unlock the house, the bathroom sink was broken (they gave us a 10% discount), the floors were very sandy from the previous guest (so we swept the floors right away), and we weren't able to sleep on the upstairs bed because it wasn't comfortable (needs a new bed frame - very squeaky and zero support). Other than that, we had a great time.

- The check-in instructions have been reviewed and will be updated for clearer guidance moving forward. We’re happy to hear the property manager was able to assist you promptly.
- The bathroom sink issue arose from a slow drain that couldn’t be fully resolved in time for your stay due to the last-minute nature of your booking. We’re glad you accepted the discount offered, and a plumber has since repaired the issue.
- The home underwent a tight turnaround due to back-to-back bookings. However, we have addressed the sandy floors with the cleaning team to ensure more thorough preparation for future guests.
- We’re sorry to hear the bed frame didn’t meet your comfort expectations. We will be looking into enhancing the sleeping experience upstairs.

5/5 The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking as a family. The firepit on the deck was a family favorite. Plenty of parking and the property was secluded yet close to all the activities and restaurants.
