Perfect little house within easy driving distance of UO. We stayed while moving our daughter in and everything worked out great. Host very kind and responsive.

For the amount of money, we spent on this VRBO I anticipated a completely different experience.
The house was DIRTY! Huge stains on the carpet as you enter the property, mustard stains on the chairs in the kitchen, each bathroom at stains in the toilets, the mater bathroom shower was not clean at all, mold and soap scum all over the master shower, dust on surfaces, hand railings were disgusting going up and down the stairs, walls were dirty, marked up. Coffee maker didn't work, knives dull, not a well equiped kitchen for cooking, sinks did not drain in bathrooms. Trash cans full and overflowing outside. No lamps furniture beat up.

Hi Julie, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we take your concerns very seriously.
- Since we started renting the property, we've consistently worked with the same cleaning crew and have received positive feedback. However, we understand that every guest's experience is unique, and we're disappointed to hear that the cleanliness fell short during your stay. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and I sincerely apologize if this was not reflected during your visit.
- Regarding the issues you encountered, we would have been happy to address them promptly if we had been notified. We exchanged several emails during your stay, but we were not informed of any problems with cleanliness or maintenance at that time. We always encourage our guests to reach out if they encounter any concerns, so we can make things right while they are still enjoying their stay.
- The trash collection day is scheduled for Fridays, which is why there was trash in the outside bin from the previous guest. However, it is never our intention for the bin to overflow, and we will look into this further to ensure it's handled more smoothly for future stays.
- As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a partial refund of the cleaning fee and truly regret that your experience was not as expected. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will be reviewing the kitchen equipment and other aspects you mentioned to enhance the quality of future stays.
Thank you again for providing such valuable feedback.
We enjoyed our stay here. The communication with the property manager/owner was outstanding. We were getting into town a few hours early and were able to check-in early. We also locked ourselves out, he was very gracious and sent maintenance to help us! A few things could be improved on- New linens would be nice. The sheets in the primary seemed to have nail polish or something on them and we couldn't find washcloth's anywhere. Also, no bedside lamps in the primary bedroom, not a deal breaker it just seemed odd. A small patio set would be nice to enjoy the morning or evening weather on the back patio.

There are a lot of really good things about this home. It is comfortable and has a good arrangement. The pictures do it justice. If you have younger children (we don't), this would be great for them, with a lot of games and toys, and one kid's bed in a race car frame. (Note that it does not appear to be baby-proof.)
The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms large and clean, the kitchen is well-appointed. It's in a newish development east of the main part of Eugene, but it's like 10 minutes away, so close.
But...there are just a few things missing. The backyard is nicely landscaped and has a propane grill...and absolutely no outdoor furniture of any kind. The carpet is old and stained in places. It could use a couple of bedside tables. There's a garage, but not one that guests can use.
So no huge problems, but a few little things that keep this a notch below five stars.

We were in town for a week of track at Hayward Field. The house suited our needs perfectly. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, easy drive to the University. Great communication between Navi and I. This home had everything we needed. We would stay again and happily recommend.
