CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk of the 7th Mountain Resort. Tell them you are a guest of Bradley and Karina Ganz, the owners of Unit 1233. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so late arrivals should not be a problem
- This is a privately owned resort unit; the resort’s reception desk only provides access key cards for the unit and pool-area wristbands. They do not provide any housekeeping services; however, they are responsible for the HVAC system, water supply, and other building issues typically covered by a condo HOA. Please contact the listed owner for any other kinds of problems with the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- This is a privately owned resort unit; the resort’s reception desk is not authorized to extend check-out times
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used towels and linens in the bathtub
- Take out the trash and recycling to the enclosure next to the building
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances, but leave thermostat active
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return any resort access wristbands used and key cards to kitchen counter
- To complete your checkout, please text 541.401.8545 with the message: 'Unit 1233 Checked-out'
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Only fabricated wood logs are allowed in the fireplace. They can be purchased at the front desk or in nearby stores
- Bring key card or wrist bands to access pool area and gym
- There are multicolored towels in the unit for pool/hot tub use. These pool towels can be found inside bathroom cabinets (not the towels on the racks). Please return these to the unit after use
- There is a large network of trails that are right behind the buildings, which can take you to the Deschutes River Trail in a few minutes. The easiest access is from behind the lower building numbers 1-6. Ask the front desk if you need any help finding your way. There is also trail access between buildings 17 and 18
- Whitewater rafting is available in the summer and ice skating is available in the winter for an additional fee that can be paid on-site directly to the resort
