  Once booked found out Evolve was property management- meant less quality right away. We found the house to be less than clean upon arrival. We were surprised by lack of basic supplies- a griddle, salt and pepper, napkins, dishwash soap, kitchen towels; purchased items to survive a long stay with 10 people!The kitchen faucet assembly was beyond loose, disposal had pieces inside we managed to get out, one vacuum missing bags, no way to clean the floors, and the owner tried to say he was “accommodating “ us- the clients paying to rent!The hot tub was a nice addition and used by many. The TVs were all not working and missing cords for the X box and teen room for games upstairs ( a draw when we booked) We did have contact with owner and he was responsive, though less than receptive to our request for refund of part of cleaning fee. It was a quiet neighborhood, rooms were decent for sleeping, and overall we managed for the holidays. Would not recommend renting with Evolve involved.

  - We worked hard trying to make sure you had what you needed while in our home. We had extra people working to prepare the home for your early check-in.
  - When you let us know about the TV we planned on coming over to see if we could rectify the issue. We brought over a new vacuum when you contacted us about the bags. We delivered a table and chairs on Christmas Eve.
  - We did not ask you to take the spoon out of the disposal we could have done that for you and it would not have required removing the disposal.
  - We're sorry we could not find the cord for the X Box it was there for the previous guest and we did not want to disturb your family or ours on Christmas to come over to look for it.
  
  We feel we went above and beyond to help you with everything you needed and we do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  This house was spacious and clean. Accessible to lots of local resources including Walmart, restaurants, mall, etc.

  We enjoyed this property very much and hoped to stay again in the future.

• Nice place, good location

  House was clean, we were given the incorrect key pad combination, and it took 10-25 mins to get straightened out. Pics were a fair representation of the rooms. There were a few maintenance/upkeep issues i.e. ants in master bedroom and bath, doors not closing correctly. Upstairs shower the thresholds kept falling off doors
