  All was well, until the air conditioner froze up. Everyone packed up early, and went home. We all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, playing cards under the carport, paddle boarding and pedal boating on Lake Texoma, dirt bike riding and volleyball at aunties nearby home.

  Is a nice place just a train passes behind the house about every 4 hours all day. Including night time.

  Nice house that had everything we needed. The beds are good and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. It was nice and quite minus the trains that went through but we made the best of it.

• Nice Stay

  We had a great time! Place had everything we needed! It was 3 families. Kids had fun walking the trails nearby. The accommodations in the cabin had everything we needed for cooking. It was very clean. AC did have trouble keeping up, but that’s expected in the temps. The beds were not comfortable was our only

  Complaint. They were hard as a rock. Overall great stay!

• Cute place, but need to maintenance

  The place was cute overall however the grass and yard was really tall everywhere and our dog looked like he was going to be lost the back shower didn’t work and sinks do not drain properly.

  There was also a train tracks really really close and that made it extremely uncomfortable. Every single time a train would come through.

  - We're sorry about the state of the lawn. Our lawn care service provider was waiting for the yard to dry out a bit before mowing, as we've been inundated with rain this month.
  - Regarding the back shower, it's actually in working order, albeit plumbed backward, as mentioned in the check-in instructions. We'll still send someone out to double-check the drains, though.
