- As the home is a Lake house located in the woods of Kingston, bugs can be prevalent in the area. We're sorry if that caused any impact on your stay but unfortunately, that is out of our control

Great stay and location!
5/5 Perfect home for a beach vacation! Umbrella, float mats, kayak, etc provided. Utensils, pots, pans, crockpot-all we needed in the kitchen, with plenty of dishes to use. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, towels provided. The patio is as big as it looks in the picture with plenty of outdoor chairs. Bonus is the outdoor shower to wash sand off. Overall a fun place to be with family, we will definitely go back

Quick Getaway
5/5 House was perfect. Only complaint is that the bedroom was hot but plenty of fans were provided. The short walk to public beach was convenient. I would definitely stay here again
