• Beautiful Property

  We rented this house as basically a central location for our family to celebrate my 70th birthday. There was a total of 16 of us for three nights, and the space and amenities could not have been better. We were never even remotely crowded inside the house. The grands are 7, 10, 12, 14, 15 and 20 and they and the adults enjoyed all the games inside when it was rainy or dark (pool table, shuffle board, poker, etc.) and the outside activities (mostly the pool and pickle ball) when the weather was clear. No one had to be entertained by Gramma. Yay!

  We ate all our meals there and everything needed was supplied. The sleeping arrangements were perfect as well, especially loved that each bedroom had it s own bathroom. The owners were on site and very helpful. Everything you could possibly need is supplied . . . including a storm shelter, which was needed while we were there. A tornado warning sent us rushing to the shelter in the middle of the night. There were probably 28 people in it with no space issues.

  We would definitely return. All agreed it was a great experience. A beautiful house and grounds. Loved it.

  This house has everything you need to enjoy time with friends and family! We especially loved the pickleball courts and teepee! The house is very spacious and clean. The host, Shan, was very personable and helpful! Would definitely recommend! 10/10 rating!

• Perfect New Years Getaway

  We stayed here for New Years with 5 families and 18 people and it was absolutely perfect. We had 8 teens/preteens with us and they spent the entire time outside playing with all the outdoor activities.

  The house itself is perfectly setup. It has everything you could possibly need. We will be booking again.

  What was a little slice of heaven off Lake Texoma! We booked both houses for a girls weekend away to play pickleball and were so impressed with the whole experience! The house is so well organized, so clean and meticulous, and has everything you need. There is so much space inside with still room for seating, pool table, ping pong, and poker table.

  The backyard space with the multiple fire pits, lighted pickleball, and the wonderful seated teepee was beyond our expectations! The couple who owns it was so hospitable and answered all our questions and were just so wonderful to meet! The lake is an easy 5 minute walk! Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

  There is nothing these owners didn’t think of . Spectacularly done! Plenty for our kids to do and they played their hearts out! Nothing negative about this place!!! If I could I would have to say I would give it a 20 plus rating!!!!!
