    Booked this house a few days in advance for my husbands birthday weekend! Do not book with evolve!!!!!! I did not receive check in instructions for the property until I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service the day of the “check-in.” By that point it was a couple of hours before the check in time and we had guests unable to make it because of there being no communication and confirmation. Finally got check in instructions sent and was told to contact the property manager at which point it was one hour before check in and we live 3 hours away!! Was told on the phone by evolve I would receive a refund and when I followed up they denied my refund request and basically said “too bad.” Horrible horrible customer service!!!!
