4/5 We received check-in info from both Evolve and the Guest Contact. They were clear, concise, and appreciated.The property was clean and orderly and the kitchen facilities included everything we expected. We would have appreciated a more detailed description of the access to the boat dock and the steepness of the steps and ramps. We enjoy being on the lake when we’re there, but decided not to use our paddle boards because of the difficulty carrying them down and back up the steep (and slippery) ramp.Though we really enjoyed the porch and its tree-house views, I won’t stay at this property again, mainly because of the tricky access to and from the dock.

Had trouble getting there, but we had fun!
4/5 Following our phone map took us to a road that was flooded. We ended up having to call the property manager, who was very helpful, but we had no service so we really struggled to figure out how to actually get to the property. Once we were there, we had a lot of fun. The one big issue is, we were not fully stocked with paper towels and trash bags. We were not aware beforehand that we would be hauling trash 10 minutes away to dumpsters. Not having the supplies we needed and then having to load up a car full of trash was frustrating.
