Cute property. Cozy
4/5 We had a good stay. It was cute and cozy. My kids loved the 2 lofts and the tvs up there as well. It was clean and well stocked with items.
2 downsides to this house.
1. It is back in the country down several dirt roads that are kind of hard to navigate.
2. For a house that can accommodate 10-12, it was disappointing there was no dining table and the lack of sitting space in the main area. We ended up buying one so that everyone had a place to sit and eat and play games.
Over all we had a great visit. Towels and linens were clean and abundant. The house was clean and kitchen and back porch were cute and well stocked.

Good, But Not the Best
3/5 For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few things that kept me from giving it five stars. The back patio furniture was covered in cobwebs, dust, and spider eggs, so we were unable to enjoy hanging out back there because there was nowhere to comfortably sit. There were bar stools, but they were made of metal and also contained cobwebs. We were able to use the grill, but it was also covered in cobwebs. We made due, but it was upsetting that we had to pay a cleaning fee and not everything was cleaned properly before our arrival. The two air conditioners in the lofts also did not work. One of them would not turn on at all, and the other one would only work in fan mode. We again made due, but we also paid to be able sleep in all rooms, and the loft without a working AC made it very uncomfortable and humid. We also had to buy a proper sized coffee mug because the mugs in the cabinets were tiny. They seemed to have come with a dinnerware set, but were more like the size of an espresso or teacup. In the check-in structions, we were told to check the Welcome Book for the Wifi password. However, there was no Welcome Book to be found, and it took a while for us to receive the correct password for our cabin. Overall, it wasn't the worst, but we were not able to fully utilize what we paid for which would have made our stay much better.
