5/5 This place is amazing! Our 12 year old and 8 year old triplets loved going down by the river and exploring. The river is shallow unless they open the gates and it rises about a foot and flows pretty strong so you definitely want to keep an eye on it and the kids. There's movement when it's down but not strong. The kids waded around and played in it having so much fun. The community is just being built so there was hardly anyone else there. We will most definitely be looking here for our future annual stays!

Amazing House on Mountain Fork River
4/5 The house was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed all of the amenities. They had tubes and kayaks for the river. The kids loved the hot tub and fire pit. There’s plenty of board games to play with the family. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and beautiful. We grilled several times and had everything we needed. The area was very secluded so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!
