CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Inquiries regarding early check-in and late check-out can be emailed to beaversbendmm@gmail.com. Please do not submit an inquiry unless you are within 72 hrs of the arrival date
- Early arrivals requested and approved for more than one hour before check-in time are an additional $25 fee per hour (paid directly to the guest contact)
- If you haven't arranged an early check-in beforehand, you will not be able to enter the property until after the check-in time
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Gather and remove all trash from premises
- Load and start dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please do not strip linens, the cleaning team will do so upon arrival
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Firewood may be purchased from Hookers Bait Shop and Firewood. The phone number for them is ‭+1 (580) 236-4784‬ or you can locate them on Facebook under: Hookers Fire and Ice
- A starter supply will be provided of: 2 toilet paper/bath, 1 paper towel in kitchen, trash bags, dishwasher tabs (if applicable), laundry soap (if applicable), and dish soap
- This is a starter supply only. Should you need more, we recommend picking up at the local Walmart prior to your trip
- Hot tubs are drained and cleaned with bleach before each stay. Should the hot tub become dirty during your stay, you may request someone to come clean it during the stay for an additional $50 fee
