Great place!
5/5 The place smelled clean when we walked in. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The grounds were so nice and fun. Loved the hammocks and fire pit! Super quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Great getaway!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. The accommodations were just as expected. The fire pit area, zip line, hammocks and hot tub were perfect to watch children of all ages. The outdoor space was a real seller for us. Lots of room. The inside was clean and well stocked.
We had a very big storm one night and the roof had several leaks. When I contacted the host, he was very apologetic and had no idea.
We would reserve this space again should we ever go back to the area.

Won’t come back
1/5 I have never had to leave a bad review on vacation stays but this one is needed, especially for future families thinking about booking. Let’s start off with the good; cute cabin, fun back yard area, easy check in access.
THE BAD
-Infested with roaches
-Dirty linens with blood stains and hair
-Mold around outside showers
-Owner read my texts about dirty linens & ignored. The 3rd party had to get involved and they brought clean linens the next day. He was also rejected my calls. One of the numbers that were listed was out of service.
-Grill outside doesn’t work
This is the worst stays I have ever had, do not book here. Save your money.

We Will Be Back
5/5 This place was so accommodating for me and my family! We had plenty of room to all be together and still had our own space! The back porch was the main attraction as well as the fire pit! It’s located in a nice location between Broken Bow and Hochatown!!!! Not far from the lake and Beavers Bend State Park! Excellent communication with the property manager! She never hesitated to answer any question I had! Highly recommend!!!! We will be back!
