  This place was very conveniently located near many of broken bows amenities such as the casino, gift shops, and river locations. However, both showers leaked immensely. The pool was incredibly small and wasn’t ready to swim upon arrival. There was mold that had been building up for a very long time in the vents. The patio upstairs was not maintained and covered in dust/furniture had spider webs and wasn’t set up to enjoy. The triple bunk beds are really hard to get into and the bar on the top bunk was wobbly and wouldn’t prevent injury. The inside was well kept overall aside from the mold. There was special amenities advertised that really weren’t in functioning order such as the Pac-Man machine the button stuck and couldn’t be used very well. The hot tub half of the jets didn’t work. Communication was very quick but not very informative. We had our requests addressed quickly but didn’t really receive updates on their progress or how it was being corrected. For some reason instead of direct contact with the owner we spoke with the cleaning lady Heather so it was a lot of back and forth that in my opinion just wasn’t necessary. The mold should be addressed immediately as it made myself and three other girls wake up with sore throats and stuffy noses all three nights spent. I wouldn’t book this place again.

We can confirm that our hot tub jets are fully operational, and our team has thoroughly inspected the vents to ensure they are clean and completely free of any buildup. The shower leak was discovered just prior to your arrival, and we chose to honor your reservation rather than cancel last minute while the multi-day repair was scheduled. Our on-site guest concierge, Heather, is always available to handle requests quickly, and we immediately sent a cleaner to resolve the storm debris in the pool upon your arrival. We have also checked the Pac-Man machine and the bunk bed rails to ensure everything is secure and functioning properly for future guests.   Had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin! Everything was as shown on website! Excellent communication from management! Kids really enjoyed their senior trip. So much to do in Hochatown.

  Our family celebrated my mother's 78th birthday this weekend. Your cabin was the perfect spot for our needs. We will be back!

  This property was just as advertised. The playground equipment worked great with the ages of our grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Great overall vacation experience.
