5/5 This is a cozy comfortable property, the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had and was very helpful. This is a small property, 1 BR, 1 Bath but it is perfect for a couple or small family who wants to escape from the city and enjoy a little peace and quiet. The Hot Tub is fabulous, the fire pit is great, the back porch swing and front porch rockers are great for coffee, music, laughs and a good cigar! Its very close to the Lake and the "Downtown" area...

Good enough
3/5 The place was clean and in a great location. I don’t mind cleaning up before leaving, but there’s no dishwasher, so the dishes have been hand washed by whoever stayed there last. You have to wash the towels before you leave, and there’s no bleach, so the towels are badly stained. We used the pull-out sofa. The linens provided were a flat sheet and an old duvet cover. There were 20 extra pillowcases, but the extra pillows were square- like giant throw pillows. There’s a keurig but no regular coffee pot. They provided 2 K-cups. We would have brought our own coffee pot if there had been ANY communication from the owner. It’s clearly a managed property, so expect to have your concerns addressed by a VRBO staffer. They did provide hand soap, dish soap, and laundry soap. Random spices were in the cabinet. There was a toaster. This was a budget find and met our needs on short notice.
