Disappointing
2/5 The property was not as described - no gas grill, broken patio furniture, broken ice maker, rotten deck wood, pool table was damaged and untipped sticks. Shower head held on with tape. Door handles broken. But location was nice. Ask questions before reserving…

Cozy cabin in the woods
5/5 The five of us had a great time for a bachelorette weekend. We were comfortable and felt safe here. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit especially.

Perfect family getaway
5/5 Spacious cabin fitting perfectly with our needs over the weekend. Super porch seating allowing for great conversations and the cabi was close to town when we needed to pick up something we forgot.

DERELICT PROPERTY- Beware
1/5 Evolve did a great job with touching up the pics of the property-that is about the only positive thing to say in this review. The place is dingy and dark at all times of the day. In fact, it is a derelict shack that underwent a "mild" rehab on the inside and then was put on the rental market. NEGLECT is everywhere and cutting corners in maintainence of the property is obvious before you even park your car. At night, quite a few light bulbs did not work. AC takes forever to cool the property down. Matresses are so soft that if 2 people sleep on the same bed, they tend to roll into the center of the bed. Plan on not changing sleep positions out of fear that the bed frames might break. Shower head was held in place by plumber's tape in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen was full of ants. Also found ants in the bathrooms and beds. Trash was scattered in the yard. For the asking price, there are definetly a lot of better choices in the area. In fact, given the choice you will have a better time sleeping in your own car than this place. Overall, a pretty horrible place that was FALSELY advertised.
