  Overall it was okay.

  The tv remote didn't work, and somehow when it worked, it controlled the tv inside the rooms, not the living room one.

  Dusty on the bed sheets.

  Some shelves inside the fridge broken.

  We only had one laundry pod for 10 people for 2 nights stay. The host need to provide more.

  We only had 2 dishwasher pod for 2 nights stay. The host need to provide more.

  We only had one roll of kitchen paper. The host need to provide more.

  We only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 10 people. The host need to provide more.

  We only had 1/4 dishwasher liquid bottle. The host need to provide more.

  The scrub for cleaning the dishes was really really dirty. We had to clean the scrub first in order to use it to wash the dishes.

  It seems like the cleaning team forgot to put more supply in and forgot to clean the bed sheets.

• Great Cabin, Maintenance Lacking

  Had a getaway weekend the cabin was great but needs some maintenance (just little things). Close to Mountainfork Brewery which is great. Fireplace was great.

• I would not choose to rent this cabin again.

  The beds were uncomfortable. The bedding hadn't been washed, the sheets smelled like body odor not laundry detergent. The hot tub barely functions, it has two jet settings, and neither of them are strong. The remotes to the ceiling fans didn't have batteries in them, and none of the backs on any of the tennis lremotes throughout the house actually stayed on the remote. But the biggest problem was the sheets being dirty, that's just gross. The primary toilet in the place didn't flush properly which meant all the kids had to go to the bathroom in the adults master suites. One of which didn't have q shower curtain liner so everybody had to use one shower in a 3 bathroom cabin. This is my 7th year in a row going to broken bow cabins and this was by far the worst one that we have stayed in.

  -The hot tub was recently repaired and is working smoothly. I personally checked it during my visit and confirmed it was in excellent condition. We ensure regular maintenance and are always available for any assistance.
  
  -The concerns regarding the toilets are the first we’ve heard. We confirmed the sheets were clean, but will remind the cleaning team to uphold our high standards and provide additional supplies for future stays.
  
  -We believe most issues were addressed during the stay, but some concerns are unclear, as we didn’t receive reports at the time, and no other guests have raised similar issues.

• Had a Great Stay

  We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Super clean except for spiderwebs. Mostly on the outside but just a couple inside. But it’s a cabin in the woods. Only issues were pretty minor. First was only one set of batteries were good out of 4 tv remotes. The next is just a personal preference I guess. The mattresses were a little thin and hard for us and the pillows were really flat. We just prefer a thicker mattress and bigger pillows so it’s something to think about if that’s important to you.

  Had a buck and a doe walk right by us as we were sitting on the back porch! Very cool.

  Overall it was a great time and great location!!
